You choose your plans, we have your entry point in Mitte, Kreuzberg, Schöneberg, Steglitz or near Potsdamer Platz.
Whether a spontaneous bar on Torstraße, a walk across Admiralbrücke to Maybachufer, Gleisdreieckpark before an evening at Kulturforum, a detour to Bowie’s flat in Schöneberg or the Botanical Garden in Steglitz: each of our Berlin houses is a different entry into the city – fitting your plans.
Mitte when you want to be in the thick of it
Our CALMA Berlin Mitte is on Linienstraße – a few steps from your room to the street and you are in the middle of Berlin Mitte. North takes you to Torstraße, for us the livelier, more authentic Mitte: bars, small shops and food that locals use more than pure tourist routes. Oranienburger Straße with the synagogue and Fotografiska in the former Tacheles is also within walking distance – you really cannot go wrong here.
Our CALMA sits between both worlds, with a quiet courtyard when you want to leave the bustle outside at night. Museum Island, Hackescher Markt and the government quarter are not day trips but walks after breakfast. More on location and rooms in our CALMA article, food tips in Torstraße and beyond.
Kreuzberg with a pool in the house
At our the YARD Berlin you stay tucked away on Alexandrinenstraße – a quiet residential street, and you choose Kreuzberg consciously instead of the neighbourhood finding you in your room at night. Landwehr Canal, Jewish Museum or Prinzenbad by day, pool, sauna and a quiet courtyard in the evening. Our only house with a spa.
From the house you cross the canal to Carl-Herz-Ufer, on to Admiralbrücke and to Ankerklause – and if you still have energy, on to Maybachufer. More in our the YARD article.
Quiet near Potsdamer Platz
Our fjord hotel berlin is on Bissingzeile in Tiergarten, less than ten minutes on foot from Potsdamer Platz, on a quiet side street, not on the square itself. Hyggelig, Nordic in tone, with balcony rooms and a terrace, and still minutes from Kulturforum, Gleisdreieckpark or the government quarter. Schöneberg with neighbourhood history
Our LINDEMANN'S is on Potsdamer Straße in Schöneberg – urban, with balcony rooms and the feeling of living in a lively district. In about ten minutes you reach Nollendorf with Viktoria-Luise-Platz and Motzstraße, a bit further Winterfeldt market on Saturdays and Wednesdays with Goltzstraße and Maaßenstraße around it.

Steglitz when you want green
Our Anna 1908 is on Büsingstraße in Steglitz – period building, balcony rooms, a calmer pace than Mitte or Kreuzberg. Schloßstraße, one of Berlin’s biggest shopping strips, is around the corner, the Botanical Garden is nearby, and the S-Bahn brings you back into the city quickly.
