Be careful! Phishing is an Internet scam . Fraudsters try to obtain your personal information, by posing as a trustworthy source. In the hotel industry, this often happens in order to obtain your payment details. You may receive fake emails or messages that look genuine but are not.
To make sure a message is really from us, please always check the sender addresses and phone numbers.

3D Secure process in online booking
The 3D Secure process is an additional layer of security for online payments that protects you from unauthorized transactions. When booking through our website, you will be redirected to a secure page of your bank to confirm the payment. There, you’ll need to authenticate yourself using a one-time password, a TAN, or another identification method. This ensures that only the rightful cardholder can authorize the payment.
The process is known as “Verified by Visa” and “Mastercard SecureCode” and ensures that your data is protected during the transaction. It increases the security of your booking and minimizes the risk of fraud.
Your data is safe with us, because we work in compliance with data protection regulations. In order to be able to really guarantee this, we have a certified data protection officer with a focus on the hotel industry, who is at our side with advice and action so that your data is safe.

Selbstverständlich kommst Du zu jeder Zeit mit Deinem Zimmerschlüssel in Dein Zimmer. However, the front office team is not on site in all hotels around the clock, for example to check you in personally. This depends on the opening hours of your little BIG hotel. Check-in is in all little BIG hotels From 3:00 PM onwards.
An early check-in is possible from 12:00 PM for an additional fee of €25.00. Please reserve this when you make your booking.
If you like, we will clean your room every day during your time in Berlin. Please understand that we cannot clean your room at a specific time. If your room needs to be cleaned urgently in the morning, please inform either our housekeeping team on the floor or our team at the front office.
To save the environment, we do not change your towels every day. If you want your towels to be changed, just leave them on the floor in the bathroom.
Payment is generally made upon arrival. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard and EC card (Maestro). Additionally, cash payments are always possible. For some promotions that you can book online, a 100% deposit is required at the time of booking. However, these offers are clearly marked. You will receive your invoice directly after check-out by mail or in your personal WebApp for download.
Check-out is available until 11:00 AM at all little BIG hotels. Late check-out is possible until 2:00 PM for an additional fee of €25.00. Please reserve this when you make your booking or let our front office team know when you check-in.
Breakfast at the little BIG hotels:
€21.00 per day for adults
€10.50 per day for children aged 5 to 12
All children under 5 years old enjoy breakfast free of charge.

Daily from 06:30 AM to 11:00 AM (times may vary slightly depending on the hotel).
…WLAN?
Yes. Free WIFI is available in all little BIG hotels.
… a hair dryer?
Yes. All rooms are equipped with a hair dryer (up to 1800 watts).
… iron and ironing board?
No. Our front office colleagues will be happy to provide you with an iron and ironing board so that you can iron your garment with pleasure.
…an air conditioner?
Our hotels, The Yard and LINDEMANN’S, have air conditioning in all rooms and public areas. The other locations do not have air conditioning, but each room is equipped with a fan.
…accessible facilities?
Each property is uniquely furnished. Please contact us in advance so that we can advise you which of our houses is best suited.

We have 3 outdoor parking spaces behind the house and 12 parking spaces in the underground garage. A parking space costs €12.00 per night. Please reserve in advance. The entry height is 1.80 m and very long cars have to cope with a small curve in the descent.
LINDEMANN’S
We have 10 outdoor parking spaces behind the house and 7 parking spaces in the underground garage. A parking space costs €22.00 per night. Please reserve in advance. Please note that the lift to the underground garage has an entrance height of 2.10m and maximum length of 5m. The courtyard entrance to the outdoor parking spaces is 2.70m high.

We have 5 parking spaces available in the underground garage at a rate of €25 per day for your car.

We have 12 parking spaces in the courtyard available at a price of €15 per day for your car.

We have 9 outdoor parking spaces in front of the house and 8 parking spaces in the underground garage. A parking space costs €19.00 per night. Please reserve in advance. The entrance height of the underground garage is 2.00m and very long cars have to master a small curve in the descent.

Unfortunately, we do not have our own parking spaces for your car. You can find more information here.
Alt-Connewitz
We have 30 parking spaces available at a price of €8 per day for your car.
Hotel am Bayrischen Platz
We have 11 free outdoor parking spaces available in the courtyard for your car.
Anna 1908 & das COPNIC
Lucky you, our hotels Anna 1908 and COPNIC are not located in the environmental zone. Therefore, no environmental badge is required.
CALMA Berlin Mitte, fjord hotel berlin, LINDEMANN’S, Alt-Connewitz & Hotel am Bayrischen Platz
These hotels are located in the environmental zone. You need a green sticker to click here to order online. Alternatively, the stickers are available from vehicle registration offices, TÜV, DEKRA, GTÜ, FSP and guild workshops. The sticker is valid indefinitely and is linked to the license plate number. Costs: Online €6.00, at the licensing authority €5.00, private providers vary between €5.00 and €15.00.
Luggage storage:
Before and after your stay with us, you are welcome to store your luggage free of charge.
Small item ordering service:
You can easily order flowers for your loved one or a bottle of champagne via WhatsApp with us.
Taxi:
Our colleagues will be happy to order a taxi for you. Do you need it immediately or at a specific time? Both are possible.
As a parent, you of course know best what your little ones need. However, there are a few things that you can just leave at home.
We have prepared a cot and a baby bathtub in the room for your child. So that your little one can move around the room safely and freely, we have also equipped all sockets that are accessible to small children with child safety devices.
In the morning, a high chair is available for breakfast in the breakfast area and if you want hot water for preparing porridge or tea, you can simply speak to our team at the front office, then you can take a thermos with hot water to your room.
Yes. We offer a personalized booking code for company and regular guests. You get a 5% discount on our current daily price.

Unfortunately, no. Dogs/pets are not allowed in all little BIG hotels
