GreenSign Certificate
Two of our hotels are certified to GreenSign Hotel v3.2: LINDEMANN'S and the YARD. The certification is awarded by GreenSign Institut GmbH in Berlin. The programme is recognised by the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC). More about the standard is on the GreenSign programme page.
For the certificate, an on-site audit checks 133 criteria across ten core areas, including energy, water, waste, procurement, regionality and social responsibility. Among other things, the mandatory criteria have to be met. Standards such as EMAS, DIN ISO 14001 and ISO 26000 form the basis.
The certificate is valid for three years from the date of issue. You can open the current documents with registration number and expiry date as a PDF above.
