No. Anna 1908 is a classic overnight hotel – no day use, no hourly hotel, no short-stay booking. Reservations are for overnight stays only. Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out until 2:00 PM is available as an add-on for €25, subject to availability.

Yes – freshly prepared every day with many homemade specialities. Weekdays 06:30–10:30, weekends 07:00–11:00. Price: €21/person, €10.50 for children (5–12 years), under 5 years free. With the breakfast rate only €19/person.

Yes! Every day from 13:00 to 21:00 the Anna 1908 offers complimentary coffee and tea for all guests. For hygiene and environmental reasons there are no coffee machines in the rooms – instead we offer our coffee flat rate with eco-friendly to-go cups.

Yes! Bicycles can be hired for €12/day at reception – mobile & active through Steglitz and Berlin.

Yes – luggage can be stored free of charge at reception before check-in and after check-out.

Parking spaces can be reserved directly at the time of booking. Outdoor spaces: €14/day (3 spaces). Underground car park: 11 spaces, max. entry height 1.80 m.

Yes – Apartment #116 is wheelchair accessible and suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Please enquire directly at the time of booking.

Yes – our terrace serves cold drinks daily until 21:00: beer, wine and soft drinks.

No – the Anna 1908 is located outside the Berlin low-emission zone. No green sticker required.

Yes – children up to and including 5 years sleep free in their parents' bed. From 3 guests in a room, save €10 per night. Cot and baby bath available free of charge on request.

The Anna 1908 is a listed Berlin Altbau building. The lift only stops between floors. Prams and bulky luggage unfortunately do not fit. Please speak to us – we are happy to reserve you a room in the modernised apartment building with a lift.

The Anna 1908 is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted in any indoor area. Smoking is permitted on the balconies.

The team is available daily from 07:00 to 22:00 – for questions, insider tips or just a chat. Outside reception hours a telephone night service is available.

Unfortunately not – pets are not permitted in any little BIG hotel.

The Botanical Garden Berlin – with over 22,000 plant species one of the most biodiverse in the world – is about 15 minutes on foot. The Schloßstraße shopping area is right around the corner. For day trips into nature, the lakes Krumme Lanke and Schlachtensee and the Havelchaussee cycling route are all easily reachable by S-Bahn or bike. The Anna 1908 is located in Berlin-Steglitz and is well served by public transport. The U-Bahn station Walther-Schreiber-Platz (U9) is within walking distance, as is the S-Bahn station Feuerbachstraße (S1, approx. 550 m). Buses stop nearby: line 186 (approx. 220 m) and line M48 (approx. 300 m).
