What the E-Commerce Berlin Expo is about
The E-Commerce Berlin Expo (EBE) is Germany’s largest B2B event for online retail. Expo and conference in one, with hundreds of exhibitors, several stages and intense networking. For the 11th edition the organiser expects over 14,000 trade visitors, 320+ exhibitors and 200+ speakers. Since the move to Messe Berlin ExpoCenter City there is more space, wider aisles and more room for demo zones than at the former STATION Berlin.
When and where it takes place in 2027
EBE runs from 17 to 18 February 2027 at Berlin ExpoCenter City, Messedamm 22. Opening hours are 17 February 9 am to 6 pm, 18 February 9 am to 5 pm. All information on entrances and agenda is on ecommerceberlin.com.
What awaits you on the grounds
The walk covers the full value chain: shop and platform tech, payment, marketing and AI, analytics, fulfilment and logistics through to CX and service. Several stages host keynotes, panels and masterclasses, the agenda is curated via an annual call for speakers with wildcard slots. The exhibitors page and event app help you browse, save favourites and plan meetings.

Tickets and access
You book visitor tickets via the official website. For retailers and brands access is traditionally free, solution providers and agencies choose regular passes. Register online, print your ticket and bring ID that matches your registration.
How to plan your expo days
Arrive early, check the hall plan and set two to three must-sees per day. Leave buffer between stages and use networking zones or the event app for meetings in advance. Masterclasses are the most sought-after slots, often full days ahead. Put two to three favourites on your watchlist and register as soon as sign-up opens. Keep a backup session ready.
You reach the grounds easily by S-Bahn via Messe Süd or Westkreuz, U2 via Theodor-Heuss-Platz or Kaiserdamm, or by bus. On fair days public transport is usually the smarter choice.
Stay for the E-Commerce Berlin Expo
Two compact days of stages, exhibitors and networking at ExpoCenter City on Messedamm. If you still want Berlin in the evening with a restaurant, a bar or a walk through the neighbourhood, you are better off in Schöneberg, Mitte or Steglitz than next to the fair. S-Bahn or U-Bahn westbound takes you to the grounds by day, neighbourhood life by night instead of badge-and-lanyard bustle.
