No. LINDEMANN'S is a classic overnight hotel – no day use, no hourly hotel, no short-stay booking. Reservations are for overnight stays only. Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out until 2:00 PM is available as an add-on for €25, subject to availability.

After booking you will receive a personalised link. One click opens the WebApp: fill in the registration form, check in online and open your room door directly via smartphone – no waiting at reception.

Yes – freshly prepared every day with many homemade specialities. Weekdays 06:30–10:30, weekends 07:00–11:00. Price: €21/person, €10.50 for children (5–12 years), under 5 years free. With the breakfast rate only €19/person.

Yes! Every day from 13:00 to 21:00 LINDEMANN'S offers complimentary coffee and tea for all guests. For hygiene and environmental reasons there are no coffee machines in the rooms – instead we offer our coffee flat rate with eco-friendly to-go cups.

Yes! Bicycles can be hired for €12/day at reception – mobile & active through Schöneberg and Berlin.

10 outdoor spaces plus 7 underground spaces at €22/night. Underground car park lift: max. 2.10 m height and 5 m length. Courtyard entrance: 2.70 m. An EV charging station (ABL, 11 kW) is available in the courtyard – first come, first served.

Yes – LINDEMANN'S has air conditioning in all rooms and public areas.

Yes – children up to and including 5 years sleep free in their parents' bed. Cot and baby bath available free of charge. Children up to 4 years eat breakfast free, children aged 5–12 pay €10.50.

Yes – room 101 (category "Streetlife & Big") is accessible: walk-in shower (120 × 120 cm), WC with grab rail, room door 94 cm, step-free access to the breakfast room. Please enquire directly at the time of booking.

Unfortunately not – pets are not permitted in any little BIG hotel.

LINDEMANN'S is on Potsdamer Straße in Berlin-Schöneberg and has excellent public transport links: Bülowstraße U-Bahn station (U2) is just around the corner, Kleistpark (U7) is approx. 5 min. walk, Nollendorfplatz (U1–U4) approx. 10 min. walk. Yorkstraße station (S1, U7) is approx. 8 min. on foot. Buses M48, M85, 106, 187 and 204 stop right outside the door.
