This offer is for thosewho do not have a credit card, do not provide their credit card details or simply want to be completely flexible. Why?
With this offer you have full freedom. Your reservation is valid until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival and will be automatically and completely free of charge cancelled thereafter if you have not arrived by then. This gives you full flexibility, should something come up and you are unable to arrive. No costs will be incurred by you for non-arrival. However, your claim to the booked room will also expire if you arrive after 6:00 PM.
Should your plans change over time and you know that you definitely won’t be arriving, we would be very grateful if you could briefly inform our central reservation team by email or phone. Then we can directly cancel your reservation and put the room back on sale.
You know that you will only come to us after 06:00 pm?
No problem! Contact us as soon as you know that you will not be able to arrive by 06:00 pm. We can then convert your reservation into a guaranteed reservation and also hold your room for you after 6:00 PM.
However, a credit card is then required to guarantee the booking. If you do not have a credit card, you can also use an online payment system that we support. Our central reservation team will send you an email with a payment link through which you can pay a 100% deposit.
As soon as you have converted your reservation into a guaranteed booking by entering your credit card details or your deposit, it can no longer be canceled free of charge and our general cancellation conditions apply.
