3D Secure procedure in online booking The 3D Secure procedure is an additional layer of security for online payments, that protects you from unauthorized transactions. When booking via our website, you will be redirected to a secure your payment to a secure page of your bank. There you must authenticate yourself with a unique password, a TAN or other identification methods . This ensures that only the legitimate cardholder can authorize the payment. The procedure is known as “Verified by Visa” and”Mastercard SecureCode” and ensures that your data is protected during the transaction. Of course you can enter the hotel and your room at any time with your digital room key. However, the front office team is not on site in all hotels around the clock, for example to check you in personally. This depends on the opening hours of your little BIG hotel. Check-in is in all little BIG hotels from 03:00 pm. An early arrival is possible from 12:00 o’clock for an extra charge of 25,00 €. Please reserve this when you make your booking.
If you like, we will clean your room every day during your time in Berlin. Please have little sympathythat we cannot clean your room at a certain time. If your room needs to be cleaned urgently in the morning, please inform either our housekeeping team on the floor or our team at the front office. To save the environment, we do not change your towels every day. If you want your towels to be changed, just leave them on the floor in the bathroom.
Payment is generally made upon arrival. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard and EC card (Maestro). Cash payment is also possible at any time. For some promotions that you can book online, a 100% deposit is due at the time of booking. However, these offers are clearly marked. You will receive your invoice directly after check-out by mail or in your personal WebApp for download.
Check-out is until 11:00 am in all little BIG hotels. A late departure is possible until 14:00 o’clock for an extra charge of 25,00€. Please reserve this when you make your booking or let our front office team know when you check-in.

All rooms are equipped with a hair dryer (up to 1800 watts). … iron and ironing board? No. Our front office colleagues will be happy to provide you with an iron and ironing board so that you can iron your garment with pleasure. …a washing machine? No, but we cooperate with a cleaning service. Hand in your laundry to be cleaned at the front office by 08:30 a.m. at the front office and you will receive it back cleaned on the same day . If you would like an extra pillow, let our colleagues on site know so that they can take this into account. …an air conditioner? Our LINDEMANN’S has air conditioning in all rooms as well as the public areas. There are no disabled-friendly rooms at the Anna 1908. In the other little BIG hotels, some of our rooms are equipped for the disabled, depending on the hotel. Please contact us in advance so that we can advise you which of our houses is best suited.

Anna 1908 We have two room types with balcony. On the one hand, our Fine with a balcony and, on the other hand, the Cozy with a balcony. In addition, two of the Second Home apartments have a balcony or a french balcony. When reserving a second home, you are welcome to specify your wish for a balcony and we will try to take this into account. But we cannot guarantee it. We also open our cute terrace in front of the house from spring to autumn, where you can start your day with breakfast or relax in the evening.

Anna 1908 We have 3 outdoor parking spaces behind the building and 12 parking spaces in the underground garage. A parking space costs 10,00€ per night. Please reserve in advance. The entry height is 1.80 m and very long cars have to cope with a small curve in the descent.
LINDEMANN’S We have 10 outdoor parking spaces behind the building and 7 parking spaces in the underground garage. A parking space costs 20,00€ per night. Please reserve in advance. Please note that the lift to the underground garage has an entrance height of 2.10m and maximum length of 5m. The courtyard entrance to the outdoor parking spaces is 2.70m high. There is e-charging point available! First come – first serve!

Anna 1908 Lucky for us, our Anna 1908 is not in the environmental zone. Therefore, no environmental badge is required.

Alternatively, the stickers are available from vehicle registration offices, TÜV, DEKRA, GTÜ, FSP and guild workshops. The sticker is valid indefinitely and is linked to the license plate number. Costs: Online €6.00, at the licensing authority €5.00, private providers vary between €5.00 and €15.00.
Luggage storage: Before and after your stay with us leave your luggage with us free of charge. Ordering service for little things: You can conveniently order flowers for your loved one or a bottle of sparkling wine from us via WhatsApp. Cab: Our colleagues will be happy to order you a cab. Do you need it immediately or at a specific time? Both are possible.
As a parent, you of course know best what your little ones need. However, there are a few things that you can just leave at home. We have prepared a cot and a baby bathtub in the room for your child. So that your little one can move around the room safely and freely, we have also equipped all sockets that are accessible to small children with child safety devices. In the morning, a high chair is available for breakfast in the breakfast area and if you want hot water for preparing porridge or tea, you can simply speak to our team at the front office, then you can take a thermos with hot water to your room.
